Scope
This policy applies to approved purchases of prepaid Structivance credits unless a separate signed agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
Discovery and compatibility verification are provided without charge and do not create a payment or refund entitlement.
General Policy
Purchases are generally final after credits have been added to the authorized customer account.
Used or partially used credits are not refundable except where required by applicable law or a signed agreement.
Requests Eligible for Review
Structivance may review requests involving duplicate charges, incorrect charged amounts, credits not granted after confirmed payment, or reported unauthorized transactions.
Request Process
Send requests to admin@structivance.com with the organization name, transaction date, charged amount, and transaction identifier.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
